At Zsa Zsa Dojahaus, every order is prepared with care and intention. We handcraft, package, and ship each product in a way that protects both your ritual and the planet.


Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

All orders ship via USPS Standard.

We currently ship to the United States only. (International shipping may be offered in the future.)

Shipping costs are carrier-calculated at checkout.

Every order is packaged in protective kraft boxes — discreet, sturdy, and eco-conscious.


Returns & Refunds

Because of the personal nature of our products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for unopened, sealed products or items that arrive damaged/defective.

Timeframe: Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Method: Refunds are issued back to the original payment method once the return is approved.

Processing: Refund timing may vary and depends on your bank or card provider.
